From Pat's lifestyle even 4 minutes is an improvement. This is a man who would rather risk burning alive than having to walk up a flight of stairs.

You have to start really, really small and work you're way up if you're switching from a legitimately sedentary (and not just "inactive") lifestyle to an exercise regimen.

You could end up with serious issues with toxin build-up due to your vascular system not being prepared otherwise. Like, muscular mitosis and shit.

What defines the difference between a sedentary and inactive lifestyle?

What defines the difference between a sedentary and inactive lifestyle?

Most people who are "inactive"--particularly overweight people--actually get some semi-reasonable amount of exercise just from daily life: going out to pick up groceries, walking around their office, etc. They may not actively exercise, but they're getting a decent amount of incidental exercise as part of their day to day routine.

A fully sedentary person's body basically has been told "hey bro no need for those thick veins and such I ain't doing anything with that", and as a result they really are not physically prepared for demanding exercise. Pat talks about this a bit when he's discussing the difference between the "good soreness" and "agony"; that agony happens because when you're sedentary and first start exercising your vascular system literally can't move blood efficiently enough to pull the toxins you're creating away from your muscles, and as a result they end up stewing there and making you frankly pretty ill (and unbelievably sore) for a few days until you recover. (Which is quite different from normal soreness, which is your muscles repairing the damage you've intentionally inflicted as part of exercising.)

Very few people are actually sedentary. I whipped a lot of chubby nerds into shape when I was in the military and only ever encountered one person of this type.

FNF is different than SBFB from my view.

FNF: Just about playing good to the best fighting games with some competitions.

SBFB: SALT, at each other throats for victory, shit talking and did I forget this.

Night in the Woods was surprisingly great. Had fairly low expectations because I didn't know what was in store, but it's one of the most charming games I've encountered in ages.

I miss Brawl and lines like

"You guys are the DEEPEST motherfuckers!"
"OH GO TO HYRULE CASTLE THEY SAY! IT'LL BE FUN THEY SAY!"
"ISN'T THIS EASIER?! ISN'T THIS YOUR NATURAL STATE?! GROVELING AT MY FEET, PEASANTS!"

and of course...

"THE SICKEST!"

Damn, the in class mini-games just keep fucking escalating in complexity. Who the hell thought these were good ideas for people playing controllers?

Maybe because it's the best friends, but Bully honestly has more in common with Yakuza than GTA.

Our little Pat is finally bettering himself. Brings a tear to my eye
4th t while segment opened my eyes, I was losing all kinds of weight last year but then something happened and I just dropped off so now I weigh more than I ever had but hearing that even pat is trying to get back in shape told me that I needed to get off my ass and get back to it, so I started using myfitnesspal again and even connected it to my pacer and I'm gonna be playing more just dance and heading back to the gym

You're gonna wanna watch what you eat too.You don't need to change your diet to lose weight but you will need to eat less of it.

I had litterally that exact same reaction. I was walking to an appointment and it had just snowed as they talked about all the horrible injuries you could sustain from slipping.

Tbf, soda and fast food is like peanut butter and jelly. They just go together.

I feel like Pat just assumes Zaalbar is doing all the damage when most of the time it's Mission blasting away and the furbag is just running around trying to get his thumb out of his ass.

Edit: 18 minutes into Kuso. Woolie, you literally never, ever, not even once again in your life, get to give Pat shit over puzzles. You are now the channel's puzzle babby.
