This man knows whats up. Perfect heat level, perfect taste on pizza, mixed with ketchup for fries or on gyros, fried chicken, etc.
Mac & cheese? Try hot sauce on ice cream sometime.Don't have a specific one to recommend, but a suggestion for you hot sauce fanatics. It completely changes the mac&cheese game, try adding some next time you have macaroni and cheese. It's amazing!
Throw some of this into a glass of V8 juice and you're good to go.
My favourite, occasionally switch to black label
Where did you get it? I'd love to try It (and then cry in the shower)Just got this:
Yum!... is what I said at first, only to wish someone would put me out of my misery 10 seconds later.
I wouldn't use it for wings or as a dipping sauce since I'm not insane, but I've found that it's good for spicing up ramen and other stuff. You only need to add a TINY amount and it's like using full tablespoons of just about any other fairly hot sauce like Aardvark.

Quick anecdote: few years ago I was in New Orleans and went to Pepper Palace. Saw this stuff and they had it out to try:

Unbeknownst to me, this is more a novelty hot sauce. Unless you are completely insane or have a genetic condition that prevents you from tasting, you wouldn't put even a moderate amount on food; maybe a couple of drops into a larger mixture of something.
Being the tough guy I am, I did a few shakes into a tortilla chip and ate it.
First 30 seconds: "Yeah, it's not too bad."
Next 20 minutes: "I've made a huge mistake."
Shit was so hot I couldn't even concentrate on sight seeing as we walked around (though I've been to French Quarter a few times and seen it all). My mouth was in pain. My tongue wanted to cut itself off and jump in the river.
I have an above-average tolerance but i wasn't even close to being able to handle this. My world
was rocked.
Worst part was I got this and a few other bottles of normal hot sauce and forgot it all in our hotel room the day we left.
I got my co-worker into Hot Ones and he, in turn, went on a buying spree on Heatonist. Brought in some Secret Aardvark today to work and it's some DAMN good stuff. I'm definitely ordering some when I get paid. He's also got bottles of The Last Dab, Dirty Dick's, and I believe that blueberry/ghost pepper sauce. I'm terrified of trying the Dab but fuck it. We all gotta die sometime.
What are some great, much spicer hot sauces in the vain of tobasco in that they're watery enough to not change the texture of the food? Most are too thick for my tastes.

The Last Dab is actually not that hot; real nice aroma and flavor, but it's nowhere near as hot as you'd think. Pepper X itself doesn't appear to be that hot according to the few that have got their hands on it.
Just tried this stuff for the first time, and it's pretty good. More flavorful than Tabasco. Wish it had a bit more of a kick though. Might try other variations now.
I'm all about that Caribbean style. Scotch bonnets and Trinidad scorpions have the perfect blend of heat and flavor IMO. Matouk's line up is pretty solid across the board. One of my favorites is the Soca:
Next time you bake a chocolate cake put cayenne pepper in the batter. Tastes amazing.About a month ago, I was dared to put hot sauce on some chocolate cake and eat it. It was Texas Pete I think...anyway it was disgusting.
I normally hate hot sauce anyway so I don't know why I agreed, but here we are.
Boutta dab this on my neck and wrists.
