holy shit, dreamhack denver! still catching up (so close) but damn NV falling to an amazing looking splyce, then to liquid (4-0!) in losers. Then liquid to 4-0 splyce!? i couldnt have predicted who would get first, second, or third, but i would have bet the house liquid would be fourth. crazy. wonder if any team changes will/have occur(ed) after this event? (no spoilers pls)
So, has 343 said anything about when the new balance changes drop? Me and my buddies are super hyped after seeing the proposed changes.

TL;DR: Getting too heated in a debate about Order 1886 before it released. Came back as Kalentan, couldn't do anything more for the thread. Made Overwatch Lore Thread in a similar vein.
Halo Lore Thread 2.0 will take minimal from the original. Doing a different layout and everything. A tad more simple. The original was cool but editing it was a nightmare.

Most of yall know Im big into Forge and I love this game, all of my builds were completed by April 2016 so nothing *new* if you know me, but I have gone back and updated them over time with new pieces.
If you dont know my work, Ive been lucky enough to have some smash hits in my day, I've helped collect and collaborate on the remake playlists of the last 3 games (although never getting my own stuff in... ) and generally know my way around. My maps will make you happy, trust me.

It should go without saying. Nok (and I!) created a masta-peece, play it with pistol starts
Rats Nest
I love this map, I really really do. If you haven't tried this out, do it, clean, easy, fun.
Highlands
Its hard in a screenshot to capture the feel of this map, if you remember it, you know this is a huuge map and was one of my greatest challenges but (not bragging) I crushed it
Containment
This is my sleeper pick, Im not sure if it was the timing of when I put it out, peoples unfamiliarity, the unique look or what, but this never caught on and its a shame. Visually this is the most fun Ive ever had with a build, I implore you to check it out
Relic
'One of the greats' I have always loved this map and I was ecstatic to bring it to H5, still no 1-flag.. but try it!

Same here. I haven't played H5 since launch so I'll run through the campaign again on One X with enhancements. I'm assuming we will hear about the next game at E3 next year - so close yet so far away.
How many will be busy playing other new games this weekend though? I know i will be... Though perhaps i can find time for some customs.

Armor Abilities would be cool for custom games. They're probably not worth the development time though.

Take a look at the Etc. section, look for Dark Theme thread. Has plugin for PC Chrome.
As for Armor abilities in customs, yeah. I figure one could make kinda class-based games or something with those.

These all look great, but I want to weigh in and say that the visual style for Containment looks fantastic - I cannot wait to DL it and try it out tomorrow.
Nilla has inspired me to force you all to look at my maps again. All original work.
Keystone - An interesting concept. Max 2v2, Players can activate 4 keystones around the map to change the central teleporter's destination. Great for outplaying/flanking your opponents.

Forge has come a LONG way. I've edited the post with Forgehub links for those that want to download/check em out.
I remember when people were utterly amazed at Forge World. And before that, Sandbox was the greatest thing ever.
