Yeah, this year has its killer months a bit later than 2017. It will be Y2 Kiwami, Valkyria 4, Spyro, DQ XI, Spiderman, KH3, and whatever Nintendo will bring in short succession for me. A very good year.

This looks better than some $60 games. And these are screens from the remake of only ONE of the games. Models, art direction, and palette far exceed any and all of my expectations in every way. Christ are the folks at TfB/VV a talented bunch.

I'm gonna cry. I don't think I have ever been this excited for a remake in my life. Spyro the Dragon is literally the first game I beat by myself. I was 5 years old and remember being blown away.
I'm loving the art, I'm not crazy about the Gnorc designs though. They just don't look enough like the original designs for me.
I'd love to buy all those games but not possible.
I'll add Yakuza 6 and Kiwami 2 to my list when they are discounted, the dates for both are not good.

I was not sure about how spyro looks at first glance. I took a second look and damn that is a really good spyro. Since its toys for Bob, I want to know how they feel about their skylander design compared to this one. Cause god damn that new spyro is adorkable.

Yes they were. They were great back in the day and they are great now.
I really like the new spyro model, still looks like the original without looking fucking edgy like some of the older art looked (probably becuase of the eyebrows always going straight down instead of giving them more freedom like casrtoon eyebrows would look).
