Bungie has published a roadmap for changes that have recently happened or are coming later:

If you haven't been following the game between December and March, the previous roadmap shows the changes in the January and February updates. Highlights are Raid Armor Mods (similar to Raid Armor Perks) and removal of the Nightfall timer.

I really loved House of Wolves for D1, so if Warmind ends up being a decent equivalent and Escalation ends up being as good as PoE, I will be satisfied.

Shame what they're doing with the gacha MTs though.

this Stockholm Syndrome of Destiny is pulling me slowly back in again. Some good updates so far, still wish they would go back to 3v3 Trials and 6v6 default Crucible too.

Yeah, Warmind is coming out at the perfect time. I'm in the mood for loot shooting and I hear good things about 6v6 IB.

Well I have the season pass, so I'll jump in. Not to be too much of a downer on the first page, but the first dlc lacked content so I am going into this one with low expectations.

I think this one will be a bit better received. It seems to have at least some decent content that is planned to last a bit longer and it also comes together with changes (which you do not require the DLC for though) that should overall make the game more fun to play.
I'd say if Osiris was a 7/10 for me, Warmind could either be the same or maybe become an 8/10.
That's on a "fun to play a couple times" scale.

I mean I have the season pass so I'll give it a shot. But if it's as shallow as Osiris, it's getting sold again. Glad I sold it a while back when it was worth almost full price (in my case I sold the limited edition minus the season pass for $90 lol). And rebought it on the cheap. Can't feel too bad about it when your total investment is $10.

Knowing that our current legendary weapons can only go to light level 360, how is everyone feeling about leaving them behind at some point during Warmind (max power level 380)? I hope I can find a trust worthy replacement for my beloved Nameless Midnight. I'm excited for this release.

I don't think it's been discussed but I'm guessing the patch tomorrow will change all current legendaries to be able to go to light level 380 as well.

I believe bungie adjusted their original plan for the max light from 360 to 380 for this DLC to address community feedback that leveling was too easy and didn't feel like it mattered.

cool. i'll reinstall Destiny 2 then. haven't touched since maybe a few days after Curse of Osiris launched.

hopefully there is reason to keep playing after hitting max level.
