Bread is like the least filling thing in terms of actual satietty, maybe it's because you're drinking something with it that's causing some bloat that makes you full or something? Definitely make sure you're getting enough fiber in your diet too since that also contributes to fullness.I may be doing it wrong, but I've found that not having any bread is leaving me empty. It may be psychological though! Like instead of sandwiches, I make lettuce wraps and I hate them. Lol.
