There's basically two sides to this - those who have watched Rich on Twitch and those who haven't. That's fine, but if you listen to him speak on Twitch you know he actually dislikes "SJWs" and wants everything to be apolitical.

I love their channel and a lot of their content but its pretty easy to just say they have stupid opinions on the whole SJW schtick.

i get what you mean and don't really disagree but you're exaggerating the issue when people ask for examples and you say "pick a video" as if this kind of thing is so prevalent and obvious that it permeates everything they do. they're a group of white dude film nerds in their 30s-40s who make some cringey, uninformed comments from time to time. they're certainly not a bunch of dudes who sit around jerking off to the latest jordan peterson video or whatever. i don't think there's any problem acknowledging that they're not as in tune to shit as some of us would prefer, but i don't think anyone is out here claiming they're perfect to begin with

There are and its ridiculous when someone accuses someone of being a sexist or alt righter for disliking TLJ (Ive been accused of that here myself so I know there are people who do that). I'm just saying Shy wasn't calling them alt righters for disliking the movie so much as they push the same hot button topics the actual alt righters use to criticize that movie IE forced diversity, attacking SJWS, making sexist comments, etc. Which RLM do in fact do with a lot of topics, they take a lot of talking points you'll see on those crazy alt right videos when they criticize a movie for using asian actors in roles to appeal to the chinese market, or that its absurd that WW is a role model for young girls despite the fact RLM very clearly grew up idolizing star trek and other fictional characters themselves.
They haven't gotten better, because they consistently make little jabs here and there. Just because they aren't always big statements. Doesn't mean they haven't moved away from that stuff.
