Well I'm 6 and I've seen 200 Billion movies so I have seniority here.
Also if they already have supposedly 200 million why not just make their own movie? Shit if I had that Budget just for a movie is make my own attempt at a movie franchise, fuck remaking movies.
And I love seeing the same Stormtroopers trying to "gotcha!" people that don't like the movies!

91% on Rotten Tomatoes, 85 on Metacritic, 7.3 on IMDB. Seems like it's widely recognised as being pretty good?

That's one of the weird things. It's not enough that they did not like TLJ. They have to make it seem like everybody feels the same.

At this point with all this stupid backlash, I want Disney to never make another Star Wars movie again out of spite for these people.
I really hated like 85% of TLJ (much like I hated 85% of Return, just so we know I don't think the OT is sacred), but this is so stupid I want to see Disney allow it just to find out what kind of $200 million hack job fanfiction they come up with.

Considering the film has an entirely useless subplot around one of the most poorly written characters (they wasted the actress's talent imo) in Star Wars history, its only a little bit better than average.
I really enjoyed the film when I first watched it, but its not something I can watch again. It's too long and bloated, and for the love of god I hate the casino subplot.
These fans are being ridiculous though, it wasn't that bad.
Kinda agree. Really didn't like the casino subplot and didn't love the fight scene with Finn and Phasma but it wasn't absolute garbage.
I mean Rogue One/TFA were a ton better and I've rewatched those. I probably won't rewatch TLJ but this is just too ridiculous.

Clearly Rotten Tomatoes has no incentive to lie about the reliability of one of the review metrics they show on their site.
Never mind that they're doing the same thing to defend an AstroTurf campaign for the movie Gotti.

Rian did Finn so dirty in this. Im very surprised so many gave him a pass.
And that the film received an A CinemaScore, which suggests that opening weekend audiences loved it.
Rottentomatoes and other critic aggregates aren't that great of a system. The demographics are off and you can usually see wildly different scores between all and top signifying just how not how accepted the score is overall.
