Wait, there's an unofficial Discord? Where's #thelink fam?
Mostly he's just excited, but wants to make sure everybody knows to not get too excited until they see if the 50k stays by July 5th. If it does, they will begin checking around for potential office spaces. He said he also wants to get more in-depth on Tuesday's Cup of Jones.
It doesnt need to be final bosman or a show like that, but kyle certainly needs something after box peak to channel his energy into. The way kyle has talked about doing a final bosman like show before was very in tune with the fact that they didnt have a studio and the fact he really didnt think they would get one soon or if at all.
Kyle doing a show that is somewhat regular in some form is clearly very value-able and has the most potential to catch on and not take months to work on (aka game sleuths and retros)

Bloodworth Is Mario Tennis Aces getting a review? If so, by whom?
Also, if you're the one doing the review, may I recommend at least a section going into its Online Tournament mode? Because I really think that online tournaments of the kind Mario Tennis Aces has should be the way forward for online competitive games and I think that if reviewers praise stuff like that, the chances of seeing that extended to other titles increases. To me, it's as big as it's almost fighting game-like gameplay and it having a campaign lol. I even made a thread about it when the demo was happening.

Not sure if it has improved but the discord is generally not friendly to outsiders, that's why it's "unofficial".
Based on one of the Q&A's months ago (don't remember which) that's not true. He said he doesn't want to give people a show he knows will be much worse without a studio, at that point they had so so cameras, no time to bring people together for bits etc. Maybe with a studio and much better equipment he will bring it back.

I think Brandon has mentioned Kyle would consider it moreso if they had a studio environment. Maybe you could shuffle the goals around and FB could be the 56k goal.

Currently at $51,560, which for me is very significant because it means even if our lord and savior Thrillhouse completely dropped his amazing pledge, they would still be at that $50k mark. Obviously still keeping in mind the first of the month drop would then bring it back down below $50k, to me it means that this could be more sustainable than initially thought. Pretty exciting!
62 patrons in a day is just amazing. To me that's far more important than just reaching the 50K (well, both are important, of course). But the allies have always said they prefer to have more patrons with smaller pledges than less patrons with higher pledges. And things like gaining 200 patrons in less than a month or 62 in just a day feel soo good.
It starts to look like they could actually get a studio earlier than expected.

It's be great to have the JRPG crew reunite. The Gundam streams were unofficially that but to pick back up where they left off with Mario RPG
I would definitely like some older shows to make a return, like Final Bosman & Mandatory Update. Elyse pops up on Easy Update every now & then anyway, so it could work. And they recently did a similar SNL style thing for another channel no too long ago.
Yeah, I was gonna say. The times I've heard Kyle talk about it it has seemed like it was a matter of time, money and studio space. Perhaps it's more complicated than that to him mind you, but from what I remembered it actually sounded like a feasible post 50k goal to me.
Hopefully new Trailer Jones goes up today, and I hope they snuck in a bonus bad trailer to rip on as well.

I'd be shocked if it goes up on Plays. He wants everyone to see it & understand what's happening/will happen, it's all but locked in for the main channel.
I would welcome more freedom to do one off stuff, Not just add more show to do every X weeks or more dont skips

As a mod over on that discord I'd have to disagree. We've done a lot in the past 6 months or so to pretty much reboot the place. We have tons of new members and everyone is welcome to new people. Even Ben likes to stop by regularly to chat with us (sometimes for hours). We welcome anyone from the community that wants to join. However, if people simply don't want to give it a chance, I've found the EZA Era discord to be a pleasant place as well.
