When I was a teenager I thought this intro was awesome. Now I think it's awful. If they remake CVX I hope they make a better, more believable intro.
I hope they retcon Wesker out of it and make Steve likeable. LOL.
It still pains me there's no Outbreak HD remaster. I am convinced either the source code is lost, or the networking program side is an utter monster to make it hard to re-work.
The game was too ahead of its time and it kills me on so many people not getting to experience this flawed masterpiece survival horror co-operative experience :(
Honestly, the originals don't hold up (but the idea certainly does). They'd have to remake them.
I'd be up for a re imagine of it on RE engine and having some GAAS outbreak RE game set upon raccoon city. To be honest that really sounds like quite an ingenious idea if implemented right.

We will likely see zombie Brad under the stairs too. Still no word on crimson heads being in this? It would be a nice cameo, even if he was the only one. Dude got infected with the g virus!
Crimson heads aren't created by G. Anyway having one crimson head in Umbrella lab as a speciment catched in mansion would be nice.
Speaking of G virus, isnt it supposed to you into a Birkin like monster? Why didn't Brad mutate into something special other than a regular zombie that took 30 shots to die, anyway? I hope that fool sprouts wings or something.
Brad was killed by nemesis. That too has nothing to do with G. Brad took so many shots because he wears STARS vest.
Btw injection of G will created monsters like mutated Birkin, but secondary infection would create G zombies. They were supposed to be enemies in one of the scrapped version of RE4.
Well, that's disappointing. I always wanted to see what jill would have turned into after Nemesis infected her. Just a zombie then?
Reboot timeline: Jill turns into a zombie and you finish the game with Carlos. Outrage ensues.

Arguably it started with RE3. Remember that game starts with Jill dive rolling through an explosion.
Zero would be a good game if it wasn't for the AWFUL item management. It straight up killed the game. The game needed item boxes.
Aren't they redoing the Outbreak website though? Last time I checked it only said "OK", which is what happened before the announcement of RE2make.

This was the beginning of the over-the-top action craziness modern RE became (in)famous of. RE3 was Classic RE but with a bit of "faster, more intense" approach.
No the G-virus can only procreate(or whatever the proper team is) with a genetically compatible host. Which is why is he hunting was his daughter to impregnate her with G embryos.
You have horrible taste to pick RE0 over RE2. I'm not crazy about CVX myself, but I'd still rate it higher.

As for CVX. I just never liked that game. The story is good. But the everything else is rough in that game. It's a downgrade from RE3 in most regards.

We all know how you hate anything that dosen't have backflipping macho dudes, or hillbilly's who can punch monsters to death.
Kinda surprised you rank 2 so low. I figured its snappy, arcadey quality and mini-blockbuster scale would appeal to you. I'm not gonna jump on the dogpile though even if I disagree completely, Zero has some cool stuff in it.
RE0 is like a bootleg version of REmake with a "best of the rest" cast. Come on - cockroaches, giant bats and frogs? And a random JRPG bishounen villain. Capcom had clearly run out of ideas at this point.

Fun fact: He had two different hairstyles - one in vanilla CV and another in CVX.
I appreciate what it did for the series. But the layout of the RPD and later areas have never been to my liking.
I will say an aspect might be that I didn't grow up with it. Though RE1 (Original or HD) managed to get past that.
