Kamala and Moon Girl's Inhuman connections are quietly getting dropped if you read both comics.
Is this just happening because the Fox buyout is likely? Maybe that's just the cynic in me but I can't help but be skeptical considering they were trying to roll back X-men related stuff in comics and toys because they'd just end up promoting the Fox films.
The show is worse than bad and the gif you see is the only semi decent part.
Cates is aimed to be Hickman 2.0, he's so getting his own event in 2-3 years.

I'm curious as to what the status quo of the Inhumans will be after this.
They aren't Inhumans and I'm personally not expecting them to become mutants again. Some characters did become Inhumans though.
Kamala and Moon Girl have a chance of being retconned as mutants. The rest are tied heavily into the Inhumans lore.
That was inevitable from the moment they did it. I guarantee they'll wind up being Magneto's children again, too.

Personally I feel like them standing without being as attached to the Inhumans anymore says more about their strength as characters than the Inhumans. Of course there are people who hate them(especially Moon Girl) for dumb reasons.
Why would they change remaining Inhumans to mutants? They still have the rights. That shit makes no sense. Just make Inhumans a rarity again like they were supposed to be and rez the royalty down the line when this stupid feud is over.
I mean, it's silly to call for the writer to be fired. But the artist? That doesn't even make sense.
The problem is that the fans hate the Inhumans and that's going to take forever to go away. Just look at this very thread and you see people celebrating.
