Short answer, no.Is Riverdale season 2 good? I'm waiting for it to reach Netflix.
Or more likely he's unhappy over things like this. Not even a year later and he wants out of the ABC deal?
People are so money hungry.

Roseanne had a 25% higher total viewership than NCIS and a 300% higher demo rating. Heck, The Middle had a 69% higher demo rating than NCIS. It seems the king is finally slain.
That is pretty odd but since ABC already renewed Roseanne for next year, I imagine they have bigger plans for their schedule. It is also pretty funny that ABC's "dominant" sitcom night is now Tuesdays. Wednesdays look bleak by comparison.
I think Black-ish is still unapologetically Black, but the point is probably that it doesn't matter, because families are just families.I didn't take it as a pot shot. I took it as them not "othering" the shows.

It has no focus, unlike S1. Instead it's like several different boring stories going on at once.Is Riverdale season 2 good? I'm waiting for it to reach Netflix.
.OP, as a newb to the thread what's the West Covina part comes from?

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend
Not really cancelled though, they always had a plan.
No, it was new. That is the new time slot for the show until it ends.
EDIT:
Looking at the picture above, Netflix is really getting serious about their acquisitions, huh? Cool
Long answer: Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
It's a good look at what went on for Netflix to get Murphy on board. But what I find more interesting are the people Netflix is targeting:
Like the THR article says, I'd be Barris is the first to jump ship. The shelving of a "Black-ish" episode and his pilot losing Baldwin are one thing, but ABC then giving a platform to a known anti-semite, Trump-loving, alt-righter must have killed any interest he had in continuing on with ABC Studios. I'd say Levitan is a stretch too far considering he seems to thrive in the broadcast TV model a la Chuck Lorre. I'd say Seth McFarlane is probably going to jump ship sooner rather than later considering his lack of new animated series, the now-non-existant film career, and the cost v. the audience of "The Orwell".It's interesting that they're trying to poach so many people from broadcast - goin for that mass appeal~

I enjoy this show more than I liked to admit but Warren Kole really plays a despicable scumbag.
With Blackish I agree, but with FoB they might as well be any other family because of how generic their experience is.Except I think that's not really true at all. The experiences of a the typical black/Asian family are certainly different than that of a middle class white family. It would be like if someone commented that people are people when being criticized for the lack of diversity in Hollywood.
Shonda Rhimes' blockbuster [deal]— the headlines screamed "$100 million," but that's said to be just the floor.
Amazon ponied up $250 million for the rights to make a Lord of the Rings prequel and Apple pledged nearly the same for 20 episodes of a drama series starring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon.
lolLooks like the Monica Lewinsky/Clinton scandal season of American Crime Story is being scrapped. They're moving forward on the Katrina story for the next season.
(Warning: there's an autoplay video!)

At this rate Ill have nothing to watch as I continue to refuse to support netflix :(
why are they forking over this much money for these shows, I cant imagine people are truly making a financial contribution to these series, I mean, i dont think the normal person is buying merchandise, paying 4.99 for a download to own episode, or etc?Apple's two-season Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston series cost nearly $250 million?! That's like $120 million per season for a show set in the world of morning news! (and I'm sure a significant portion of that is going toward the actresses' salaries, but still!)

Imagine paying someone for that picture. Also, a couple of interesting tidbits:
So Shonda's deal was for a minimum of $100 million - she could potentially make a whole lot more.

Also, THR needs to fire their photographer(s)

I'm almost starting to believe in the Killary Clinton conspiracy theories, she's murdered two shows!History has abandoned its planned scripted drama series from R.J. Cutler based on the Bill Clinton impeachment. The Breach: Inside the Impeachment of Bill Clinton was greenlighted by History in September as a six-part scripted drama series based on Peter Baker's bestseller The Breach: Inside the Impeachment and Trial of William Jefferson Clinton. Over the past few months, the producers made several offers to A-list actors for the leads, but no one had been cast.
Fixed that for you. I'm going to frame that photo, it brings me so much joy. Also, THR needs to pay so much more money to their photographer(s)
Penny Dreadful is coming back? Awesome.

On a surprisingly related note:
History Scraps Bill Clinton Impeachment Drama Series 'The Breach'
The Breach was supposed to be the first installment in The Commanders anthology series that dramatizes "pivotal moments in U.S. history that defined the legacy of the men who served as Presidents of the United States — from the first one, George Washington, to No. 42, Bill Clinton." The other limited series in the franchise, about such U.S. presidents as Ronald Reagan, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Theodore Roosevelt and Thomas Jefferson, remain in development.
Fixed that for you. I'm going to frame that photo, it brings me so much joy.
Because my code is driving me mad, I actually checked and the photographers are different.
This does nothing to dampen my hype.Just ahead of its Sunday premiere, BBC America has given an early second season renewal to its critically praised drama series Killing Eve, from Fleabag creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
...
"The early response to Killing Eve has been incredible – for that reason, as well as the fact that we wholeheartedly love this original, funny, thrillingly entertaining series, we are delighted to move ahead with a second season before we even premiere."
It has no focus, unlike S1. Instead it's like several different boring stories going on at once.
The CW has acquired Canadian legal drama "Burden of Proof" to add to its summer original-programming slate.
"Burden of Proof" stars Kristin Kreuk, a veteran of CW series "Smallville" and "Beauty & the Beast." She plays a big-city lawyer who returns to her hometown to take on what she thinks is a simple case, only to find herself in a fight for justice for a group of sick girls. The series also stars Peter Mooney ("Rookie Blue"), Alex Carter ("NCIS"), Benjamin Ayres ("Saving Hope"), Nicola Correia-Damude ("Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments"), Meegwun Fairbrother ("Hemlock Grove"), and Star Slade.
I'm a horrible Canadian because I almost never watch any of the Canadian shows, this one included.

I think the last Canadian show I watched was Rookie Blue and that thing pissed me off with the geographically warped version of Toronto.
I really hope she's telling the truth about not being in the inner circle of that sex slave cult and never having anything to do with that side of it before leaving. She'll never escape that network
Mark my words she'll be playing a mom in a CW (or whatever Netflix hybrid it's evolved into) teen drama by the end of the 2020s
I hope Netflix also targets Ron D Moore (yeah I know he is busy with Outlander), and that eventually they get to make a cosmic horror anthology or something.TV's First $300M Man: The Wild and Weepy Backstory of Ryan Murphy's Blockbuster Netflix Deal
It's a good look at what went on for Netflix to get Murphy on board. But what I find more interesting are the people Netflix is targeting:
Barris, for sure, seems like a lock because of the success of "Girls' Trip" and "Ride Along."
The Canadian crime shows feel strange to me because they're like the Nordic dramas twice removed - they're copying the American shows that are copying the British ones that are copying the Nordic ones.Atone by watching Cardinal. It's great.
I tried Bellevue, but it was weird and didn't do a lot for me. Maybe I'll give it a second chance sometime, since it seems to have blown up some and gotten into the US market.
My family has always watched Heartland and it's a quality show, but not exactly for me.
whoa didnt know PWB created this
