How did they skip her? I had no idea you could, although I've never had problems beating her.WTF! You can just skip the clock boss? I've beaten her once, and gave up on the game as being too damn hard. Grrr.... :(
Yeah It's so soothing. Not really run related but I love Dire Dire Rocks, it's a great theme.
You will be impressed they've only continued to keep on pushing what they can do.Really looking forward to the Celeste run. I haven't played the game myself but I enjoyed watching speed runners try out the game when it first came out.
I'm not sure, and Google isn't much help... It looked like they threw a bomb from a specific spot to open the door before triggering the boss. How did they skip her? I had no idea you could, although I've never had problems beating her.
Oh shit, isn't TheMexicanRunner the guy who played and finished the entire NES library, including that piano game?
It's hard as hell, which is making this run amazing to watch.Edit as post: Yeah, TMR is the "complete every NES game" guy.
Also, now I wish I'd played Cuphead to understand exactly how difficult his run is. It looks like an easy game to me just watching him play :/
It's a challenging game that can be hard as nails sometimes though it can be done. Everyone usually had a boss or two that stopped them for a bit (like this dragon for some though I actually found that fight fairly alright) but it is doable. This man is skilled at this and has clearly mastered and memorized everything about it.Also, now I wish I'd played Cuphead to understand exactly how difficult his run is. This is the unpatched original.
Oh that makes sense. :P
and then the combo with Celeste being run next.TMR is so fucking good, good lord, and having Blechy commentating is a bliss.
