The fifth issue of the mid 80's comic book masterpiece Watchmen is entitled "Fearful Symmetry" and the entire issue is a huge palindrome, panel by panel. Not exactly the same drawings, but it's actually more clever than that - the panels match in tonal ways, thematic ways, or by color theme. And the layouts are mirrored - the first page matches page 28 (the last page), 2 matches 27, etc.
