That's so awful. I don't know what else to say aside from I hope she continues to be strong through this and recovers asap. And of course sue the fuck out of those companies.
I am still just blown away by that tiny ass amount of foam. Insane what happened to her here as a result of such negligence.

The amount of knock-on effects that are plaguing her now and maybe even for her entire life is staggering. There have to be consequences for this level of negligence. She's lucky she wasn't paralyzed, but this is the next worst thing obviously. I hope she does indeed make a full recovery, she at least deserves that. Hoping for the best and that there's no more complications for her. This sucks.

I feel awful for her, and can empathize as I've been dealing with terrible back problems in the past year, not as bad as her but I've lost 3 inches in height and have had to use a walker for half a year to get around anywhere. It really is frustrating trying to do anything, sleeping, sitting, walking can all be quite painful at times.
No one is going to say anything because if there case against them gets filed than that apology would be automatic admission of guilt. They will do everything they can to not pay a penny to her.

Any one of those aspects she's had to go through would be horrible on their own, and she had to go through it all over the span of a few days. The fact that she's even able to put on a good face while streaming is incredible. I hope she's doing okay mentally, even while she heals physically.
It's so gross to think about a group of people from Brand X in a room saying shit like, "How can we make sure we aren't held responsible for this girl and her injuries?"

Cases like this are exactly why lawsuits exist. So much pain and suffering just because someone negligently did their job.
