Infinity War was a plot-centric movie with wall to wall action. None of the characters had arcs or any real development to speak of. It was well executed but let's not pretend it's any deeper than your typical summer blockbuster.

Lets also not pretend that character arcs are the beginning and end of all storytelling either. Having fully formed characters move through the world is just as valid as watching them grow in the world.
