I booked it on Thursday afternoon, and still haven't received any sort of confirmation. I called the store today, was on hold for 15 minutes, finally spoke with someone, when I told him what I was looking for, he immediately switched me to an automated system that asked me what I needed help with, which eventually had me waiting on hold with the store again, at which point I hung up. Might just have to go to the store in-person this week (not remotely ideal) to see if I can actually talk to a human being to figure out what is going on.
