Big updates are calming down for a few months after this but makes sense since keeping this pace would have been hard. At least theres new events and collabs each month. Maybe September is 4.0.

Probably not, looks like paid DLC stuff (poses, layered armor, etc.) and event quests.

They showed those quests in the trailer, since you can see Apex Rath in Shrine Ruins and Alex Diablos in Sandy Plains.
