Awesome! I've given up on even trying latte art 😅
I did a quick search and you might want to research Reddit for experiences using this 3D printed Burr Holder mod for the Bodum Bistro. I originally bought a Delonghi KG89 which I think is in the same league and unfortunately it cannot do fine enough without its own mod (which I haven't done yet), so it lives as my partner's pour over grinder because she cant quite deal with the hand grinder.
edit.. sorry see someone else basically already posted the same, just ignore me
guess you need to mod your grinder for it to work correctly for espresso. I found this after a quick search https://www.shapeways.com/product/GB9H9Y8GY/burr-holder-for-bodum-bistro-0-8mm-finer-grind
There are proberly other option and alternatively you can invest in an espresso focused grinder.
Anyone have recommendation for roasters that offer decent prices on mostly single origin light roasts? Trying to avoid the $25 per 10oz prices that you see quite a bit. So far I have been ordering the "special mugs" from https://happymugcoffee.com/collections/roasted-coffee and it's phenomenal to get 2lb of great coffee for $26. Any one got some favorites to share?

Just a heads up, it's currently on sale at Amazon for 20% off:

Stupid question incoming
I recently got an Aeropress Clear and Baratza Encore ESP and bag of Starbucks Sumatra whole beans. I don't have a weighing scale and I'm relatively new to the world of coffee beyond Keurig
……how many beans do I put in the grinder in order to make just one cup of coffee?
Yes it does! I'll go ahead and do that, thank you!Does the Aeropress include a scoop these days? Use one heaped scoop of beans. If it's too much, use less next time!
I use 16g, which is more beans than I want to count.
Gotcha, thanks again👍 The scoop is intended for ground coffee, so you'd use a level scoop of ground coffee. Unground beans take up more space so you need more than a level scoop. If it tastes good, you're doing it right.
