Nah, not at all. I wasn't even planning on "farming" it, I just got super lucky. For a first playthrough don't worry about it.I keep reading this. I'm starting my first playthrough today, is this something I should be going for right away?
Pretty much, though it's going to feel different if you previously played on consoles with framerates at 30 or lower. With the remaster, I'm noticing that enemies in the Undead Burg are basically long jump/warping to me with incredible speed. Was it always like this?
BK weapons are ridiculous in terms of damage. They're too slow for serious PvP play, but when it comes to regular enemies, they utterly destroy.Still find it hilarious that a plunging attack from the Black Knight Sword OHKOs Taurus Demon. I know this is surely common knowledge now but I never actually used the BK weapons that early before (usually didn't have the stats requirements and didn't grind for them or anything) so I didn't know it was a OHKO.

If you put you summon sign down, can be in human or undead, someone else can call you into their game to help them.Just put 2 hours in, after only basically playing the 360 version it's so nice on the X. Instant co-op is great also, I just one question why is it why I am Human and play a sign I get summoned and never in my world?
Yes, you can't summon after beating the area boss. Since you just got to blighttown, I would assume you haven't kill the area boss yet. Summon for that place are usually found front of boss door or closest bonfire. So I can't summon once I beat the area boss right? I just got to blighttown and I can't find anywhere to summon help. I got myself into a pickle, there's 50k souls a little ways in and I doubt I'll be able to retrieve them alone

Wish they adopted Dark Souls 2's small white soapstone system where you can summon helpers for a limited time regardless if the area boss is killed. So I can't summon once I beat the area boss right? Guys, is it possible to disable motion blur? That's the only thing that's holding me back from buying this.
I did it before just to check it out and it was actually quite easy. I'm by no means a pro and/or speedrunner, so I think if I can do it, you can do it no problem.
I'm up to the hardest part of the game now
Making a character who resembles a human being
Yep. Looks great, too.Guys, is it possible to disable motion blur? That's the only thing that's holding me back from buying this.

Is your desktop set to 4K? Borderless won't go above your desktop resolution.
Yeah, magic in this game is a lot of fun, and some of the most OP builds are magic builds. Definitely viable.I played a little bit of 3 and really liked what I played but then I got distracted by other games. I'm gonna is this remaster as a proper jumping point in but I got some questions:
1) I love using magic in games. Does This game support a mage or mage like approach? (Didn't get far enough in 3 to find out there, but I assume this game could be different either way)
2) If I have a buddy with the game can we co-op? We both love doing co-op games
what do you mean?Wow, so you can't play this like DS3 huh? I mean, I knew you couldn't but I tried anyway. It doesn't work.

You can also buff your weapons with magic, so even if you end up not being a fan of the game's spells, you can still put your INT points to good use.
You can co-op, but it's a bit of a hassle. You'll have to beat each boss twice, once in each player's world.
Pretty sure you need to rest.Do you have to rest at a bonfire to spawn at it when you die, or is it enough to "activate" it?
It's not exactly an invasion, but don't worry, it won't make a difference in your game until you're on NG+.I'm constantly getting the message that "disasters are gone after the defeat of the gravelord servant". What is this? I'm hollow, so I thought it's not possible to be invaded.
I think the darksouls subreddit would be the best way to go.Anybody know what the most reliable route could be to try to bring the sound issues to their attention? Or the least futile that is?
Seeing how it appears to not only be Undead Parish, I wonder how widespread it is and therefore harder to just overlook if it's not limited to one area.
Dat reinforced club moveset of like 2 moves regardless of one or two hands, it's quite comical having perma jump attack on R2.
Also if anyone says I died twice against Taurus Demon, one of which while I was on the ladder caught figuratively with my pants down, they're telling porkies I swear!
....okay I admit it, as a man whose beaten this game multiple times in the past!
Already seeing gravelord stuff in the Burgh making me believe that maybe the online is much better, I'm actually gonna have to google that covenant's gimmick because it was such a non factor back on PS3 I never even saw a GL summon thing.
