As much as I want him in just because I know he'd be a great character to use, I really can't stand looking at this anime Doomsday looking asshole for more than 3 minutes.

Majin 21/21 just dropped in Legends and she actually has some customer voice lines for Shallot. This is also part of a FighterZ/Legends campaign. Could mean nothing but I wouldn't be surprised if he's announced for Season 3.
