Missing some of the stronger players too. I think Valle tweeted the notable ones that weren't on the team.

Well to be fair....when i was watching it, the controllers DID act up in his match against Tempest in strive, he was in the lead too at the time



5:27:08 if the Time stamp didn't work

he had to give up a round,and then proceed to lose afterwards , so i can get why he was frustrated at this specific match and tournament, it was just an unfortunate situation that he had to deal with.

Any other loss is just his usual salt tho

I think West Coast is better than Midwest overall. If Samurai and Dankadillas were playing it would be a different story, but still…

This illustrates how far the West Coast has fallen off. We're nowhere close to the East Coast. East Coast is so far ahead of the rest of the US. We're not even the number 2 scene in NA, that has to go to the Carribbean.

Honestly from what I've observed throughout different stuff on stream he's just being a sore loser lol

He put down $240 in that Guilty Gear Strive Character Raffle tournament Friday Night only to get bounced out of the first round by a Happy Chaos player and got pissed off. His controller apparently broke in the actual Strive tournament so get sent to Losers by Tempest, so he got understandably tilted there. But then he went and blamed that on why he came up short in the Street Fighter tournament.

Punk has some really headass takes when it comes to Strive. Dude plays Sol and be like "I don't respect people who play the other top tiers like Ram/Leo/Nago" lol

Didn't know about the auction tournament...

And it seems it wasn't just any HC, it's fucking Umisho. He has a real shot at winning the entire tournament, anyone who has seen his online tournament games understands, he works magic with HC's full kit.

While Punk hasn't streamed Strive in 2 months and got knowledge-checked by I-No in TX Showdown. I have a hard time seeing him reach Top 8, either LostSoul or Umisho are going to gatekeep him even if he wins the 2 next matches

God, I hate player's like this, who think they are the only "honest* player, and everybody else is being carried/cheap, lol. There is no self awareness with alot of top players.

Punk is just a whiny bitch alot of times. I wonder if he is like this in everyday activities and errands, haha.

For all of his whining, I had thought that he was already out of Strive too, not managed to make it as far as top 24 in a tournament of 1,000+ players with his Sol.

Catching up on the exhibition for SFV now and how long has Brian F been sponsored by CLG? I don't think they even had a fighting game player outside of Smash and I just looked on the website to see both him and Cuddle Core sponsored.

    If they were to show any, I would think only one at most in favor of continuing what they and every fighting game developer does of drip-feeding DLC characters in mystery pack season passes, and it'll likely be someone obvious like everyone was already expecting with Sin.

    Much respect to Shine being one of the only Ibuki players remaining, but even as someone who mains her myself I can understand why so many competitive players ended up dropping her (and still haven't looked back even with the final patch buffs).
