This is the first of a new series of shorts, which they're making 1000+ minutes worth of and will vary from one to six minutes. This being one of the shorter ones it seems. Really impressed by the animation in this!
It looks good, but the lack of build up is jarring. Really hope some of these upcoming cartoons are longer than a minute and a half.
Also is Elmer not allowed to have his shotgun anymore? Thanks a lot gun control.

As with anything on Cartoon Network, management didn't care.
I think this is supposed to be a trailer. After the segment it says "Looney Tunes cartoons coming soon."

Judging from the short and the clip they might just avoid having dialogue or just use Mel Blanc recordings like the cgi shorts.Without Mel Blanc, I just can't. I could never get past the way the newer voice actors always just sound so off to me. It's way too distracting for me to ever enjoy the newer stuff.
Its a reference to Chuck Jones' first short with Bugs BunnyI read this was made by the dude who made the Uncle Grandpa show.
Also why is Bugs gloves yellow?
They've announced a cast for these shorts so I imagine that other ones will have dialogue in them.Judging from the short and the clip they might just avoid having dialogue or just use Mel Blanc recordings like the cgi shorts.

It averaged something ridiculous like 3 million viewers an episode throughout it's entire run and yet they cancelled that hit with the quickness. The Looney Toons show was....Not my jam.
But yeah, anything hosted on CN but not coming from their internal studios are destined to die on the vine no matter how good they are. RIP Sonic Boom.
FTFY.
