If Sofia Vergara has/had an issue with his behavior, let her come out with it. We dont need to try and create something out of what could be just people having fun.
Eh, I feel like the whole show was focusing on her sexuality in a really gross way. Not saying that makes Ramsey's comments okay, but that the whole piece is gross.
Ramsay is a well known asshole, but to be fair, here in England we use cunt quite liberally regardless of if the person is male or female.

What confuses me about it happening specifically in this kind of a setting (these taped "late night" shows) is: don't they do like a rehearsal type thing with these? Or am I confused? Feels like maybe they just go over the questions that are going to be asked, in advance (and not the interactions with other guests who will be on as well).
I literally cringed from this thumbnail. It made my stomach roll over.
They usually do go over topics that are going to be addressed, but not necessarily with the host, and probably not with other guests.

The interactions with the host are 'guided' in that the topics and stories will be picked in advance but as far as I know there's know planning around guests commenting on other guests topics.

The Internet has so much information that we forget we viewed these things, especially considering they were viewed with a different perspective a 9 years ago when there wasn't much accountability for this type of thing. People forget, move on, and then rediscover with a new perspective on society. I'm 100% certain you cannot remember all interviews or things you've watched 9 years ago on TV or YouTube.
