If he were to think logically and ask himself that question I'm sure he'd find no evidence of any. It probably does speak to his opinion of some cases or some kind of doubt arising from being of the male tribe.. and if so that kinda sucks he sees me too that way, but I do think if you take him at his word it's just kinda sad for him too.
The cachet of a celebrity is their appeal and reputation, once it's gone it's gone, it makes sense to me that people like Cavill might be paranoid and afraid of having their career ruined by things in their personal life - but the power is in his hands. It's a shame to be this paranoid. People are people. Women are people. Just be normal.
If I were in his position and genuinely worried like this, maybe I'd just cover my ass. Keep every message. Meet people in groups. Learn to trust then trust. But what way is that to live if you've no reason to act this way in the first place? I honestly think I'd quit acting if I felt like he does actually. It's a sad, personally limiting and silly way to think.
