I don't think you're not getting nearly enough fibre if that is the case. Look into it before you ruin your health.

I think you need to read more about fiber, what you said it's completely and utterly wrong.Why? Fiber is a non-essential nutrient and all it does is add more filler. Sure if you want to shit more for the sake of shitting more then add more waste to your diet.
