I was out of the loop for a bit so I just got to catch EP 1 and 2, and it's just as good as I hoped. The colors and design aesthetic seem to pop even more than Part 4, which is saying something. Can't wait until they get further into the story and we get to see some of the more crazy fights animated in this style, it's going to be amazing.
Also, am I the only one that completely lost his shit when they heard the ending theme? Fucking Jodeci, so ridiculously unexpected and nostalgic I couldn't help but laugh my ass off. Such a great choice, and fitting even if it doesn't seem like it at first glance.

Amazing how JoJo just keeps delivering. I was already expecting significant drop in quality on count of P4 being so awesome. But just based on two first episodes, the show still delivers, the stands are already interesting and the art style keeps on evolving. I really should take a look at the manga.
I got my brother into JoJo a couple of years ago.
It literally took him a whole year to watch Jonathan's part, but once he passed that he binged the entire series in less than a month.

You could watch it, but you'd be skipping 4 parts before it, and have no clue wtf is happening.
lol. Yes you should, preferably start from season 1 and work your way until you reach season 4 (current one with the Jodeci ED).
P.S.: First 8-sh episodes fucking suck, but it gets tremendously better from that point.

The first series had Roundabout by YES, the next one had Walk Like An Egyptian by The Bangles and Last Train Home by Path Metheny, the one after that had I Want You by Savage Garden and this one has Freak'N You by JODECI.
I dunno if it's just me generally not liking Vento Aureo as much as other parts, or if this season is actually weaker in quality than the others. Will keep watching, regardless, but... eh. I'm not excited about new episodes right now.
