Closer than I thought.
Not sure that I'll double-dip though. I haven't really found the PS4 version to be lacking in any major way, and I platinumed it ages ago. At this point, PC would mostly be good for messing with Cheat Engine offline.

How did the PS4 pro version run considering it has a weaker GPU and far worse CPU?
There will be (as on consoles), but apparently you will need very beefy pc.

I already played the game on PS4 though I would love to try the new content as my PS4 died BUT there is also the Switch Monster Hunter game in August lol.

It's not locked. It's just saying those specs will achieve 1080/30 on high.

You could always play it for less than 2 hours and refund if you don't like it but a beta would be cool but I doubt it.
Does anyone know what kind of server infrastructure it has for PC? If it's P2P would it restrict Nat D?
I really doubt it's locked 30, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's trribly optimized which is why the recommended is for 30 fps.
It runs fine for me, but the unlocked frame rate is a bit annoying at times.
If it spends time under 30 fps it can't be much, the game in general is very smooth and nice to play imho.

30 fps with some dips at fake-4K res. There's also a 1080p mode with some better stuff like shadows that runs similary, and a +30 fps 1080p with less details (it runs around 40ish IIRC).
That being said all modes are actually unlocked so it can feel more jarring.
I have a 1060 and what the heck. I can get 1080p/60fps in The Witcher 3 on Ultra (with like 3 settings on high, hairworks off).
How the fuck are you people getting locked 30 fps out of this??
This is an MT Framework game, last of which ran at uncapped FPS (Dragon's Dogma). It just means you'll need a beefy PC for more than 30. (Although specs are always to be taken with a grain of salt to begin with).
