The Raps seem poorly positioned here and I wouldn't be surprised if tonight's game isn't particularly close. The Bucks' big defensive "weakness" is a willingness to concede 3s, but (as Zach Lowe alluded to today in his article) Gasol in particular just isn't conditioned to have the hair trigger that punishes this. Plus the Raps are coming off less rest and appear to be down to a 6.5-man rotation -- you have to think the Siakam-Ibaka-Gasol lineups aren't going to fly against the Bucks' defense.
I'm rooting for the Raptors to step up and make this the series it could be, but I think every starter on the Raps needs to come in with a scoring mindset for them to have a chance. There were long stretches of the Sixers series where it looked like no one wanted to shoot. The Bucks are too good for them to count on "good defense plus Kawhi midrangers" as the plan. This is also a referendum on Nurse, imo.
