Some dude made a reasonable sounding guess that it's a 2019 release. CDPR being careful to avoid downgradaton scandals like they had with TW3 (apparently that happened).
My cpu, ram and mobo are ready for it, I think, however my 1060 6gb will likely need to be upgraded. Time to start saving.

I thought the savings were minimal at best? And if the Kings wanted Phaneuf and wanted to dump Gaborik's contract, you'd think they would sweeten the deal. But it really seemed like a wash for both sides.
Yeah, people keep saying that it 'saves $5 million', but it's over the course of 3+ years. I don't think that's even 2% of the cap. Not only was it basically a wash financially, it made the sens worse going into a year where they won't have their first round pick.

Based on the Turris tweet, it sounds like the Karlssons wanted this kept low profile, so I'm not so sure the sens are necessarily playing this wrong.
That said, given how they're handling the Lee situation, I probably shouldn't give them the benefit of the doubt.
