exactly. by having mario kart 9, splatoon 3, and either a new mario or zelda, they can basically guarantee a HUGE launch year for switch 2.and I think Splatoon 3 is almost guaranteed to be a big seller and could be a massive draw for a switch successor and such that Splatoon 3 would be wasted on the switch when the series and brand could expand instead.

Expecting? Like, you think it's likely to happen and you'll be surprised if it doesn't?That's really what I'm expecting. I don't see what else they would want to do (other than Splatoon 3 of course). I don't see the team making a Rhythm game, although that would be awesome.
