Given what happened after Nintendo took down the Mario 64 PC port, I can only assume this means that Nintendo has plans for their own Princess Peach sex game.

It wasn't actually taken down. The download links hosted by websites that patched in the actual assets to the code were taken down.
I am all for fun, sex parodies have a right to exist in my book (as long as they are properly shielded from the eyes of children), however i don't approve bestiality/fungality/whatever.
