Delete that before it learns how to read... Oh.Appreciate how young it still is while you can. It's about to become a global brat.
You can't outlaw the future. Basically we should just start working on a global EMP blast like the 666 code from Escape From LA.Incredible how much that thing sounds like Trump.
Given the propensity for these AIs to be pieces of shit, one starts to wonder if it might not be a better idea to outlaw their development altogether. Not that it would be in any way feasible.

Facts and evidence haven't mattered in years. It looks like it writes about as well as my students who don't know how to provide facts and evidence to back up and support a claim, so... that's D/C level work in terms of a high school argument. Not that worried.
Are there any practical applications of AI for daily life currently?
Any modern voice assistant / image recognition uses some form of AI. (Recommender systems may or may not count depending on how anal you are about "AI")
No? Deep Learning/Machine Learning are generally different approaches to solving a given problem, although there's overlap. AI is a subset of both, although some say it doesn't count as AI if it doesn't use neural networks. (some say linear regression is AI, which is flat-out clickbait)Deep learning is a subset of Machine learning which is a subset of AI. Recommendation system definitely counts as "AI".

Traditional recommender systems long predate the rise of AI (using collaborative filtering) and definitely don't use neural networks, although some companies try to add ML/DL to make them sound cooler.
Fair on the historical etymology, although I was referring more to usages of the terms in the past few years / in response to the hype.No. Machine Learning and Deep learning are subsets of AI.
AI was a term coined in the 50s IIRC.
