Persona 3 Portable & 5 Royal are coming to Steam; 3 Portable, 4 Golden are coming to PS4, Persona 5 Royal is coming to PS5

Between this and the Wo Long thing... Is time exclusivity on platform announcement the new thing for these big companies now?
Only PS5 via PS4. Seems like Series S|X are getting their own SKU which may have something like 60fps. The PS4 version only has a higher resolution via PS4Pro.
I hope them explicitly stating Royal is coming to PS5 means it's getting a 60fps patch/version.

Steam Deck casually solidifying itself as the best gaming system of the generation.
It could be that Persona 5 is actually coming to PS5 (rather than PS4). But I feel like this isn't clarified enough to say for sure.
A whole bunch of the other games announced in the event yesterday had much quicker confirmations of Steam versions, this didn't. And this wouldn't be the first Xbox gamepass funded title to get a PC release but not be put straight on steam. [I think anyway, I can't name any myself so I'm saying this second hand from what others posted]

And Xbox is now getting Persona 4 Golden but not Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. It is as if they decide everything with a random wheel.

For Wo Long, they supposedly wanted to wait 48 hours before announcing that it is coming to other platforms.
The justification is, tune in June 29th for the Nintendo Direct so Nintendo can make a huge deal out of the announcement

Sorry to be a bother right now but might wanna add Persona 5 Royal in the title as well.
So does that mean there'll be a PS5 version of P5 Royal? If so I'll wait for it instead. They can make it 60fps if that's the case since I remember P5 Royal is already 4K in PS4 Pro/PS5.
You're good, they're probably gonna do a next-gen update for 5 Royal with 4K/60fps support on PS5 to coincide with the Xbox Series version.

They've clearly been moving towards this with P4 Golden and Strikers though
What a funny timeline. Can't believe a series like Persona had people on PlayStation wondering if it would release solely on Xbox or not.
What's sad is that apparently it's not the only one, apparently the big embargo ends up tomorrow.
Expesnsive as ass cartridges, and the Switch being a bitch to optimise to.
