The ones that come in Gamepass are marked with a white banner. The image shows all the announced games coming in the next few months, not all the Gamepass ones.

No. It's just games coming to Xbox.
Downright shocked to see folks reacting negatively to Portable because as an outside appreciater of the series for many years I thought that was the version people strongly preferred. 🤔
Not everything in this list is game pass, just games for Xbox in the next 12 months.
Diablo 4, Dead Space, RE4 and Callisto Protocol aren't Game Pass for example.
