This seems like quite the giant leap to me.

I mean some of the clothes in the game make you stand out like a sore thumb yet people buy them. This is just ridiculous and I'll be very surprised if they ever release camo items that hide you like the ghillie suit.

The ghillie suit item was literally always meant to be camouflage. Like it was literally said as such when introduced a shitload of months ago. It's a match drop. It's not a customisation cosmetic. It can't be bought.

Y'all fucking making shit up saying they introduced ghillie suits and said they were only cosmetic. They didn't ever do that. Ever.

Yeah people really seem to be making mountains of molehills in this thread.
They're not suing over frying pans and energy drinks and ghillie suits, they're suing games that are straight knock-off copies of PUBG and pointing to all these items as ways the knock-offs ripped something straight out of real PUBG. Building a case for infringement isn't claiming to own the rights to the ghillie suits. Somebody in another thread (maybe Paladins Royale?) said it much better than I did but I can't remember the post.
