I'll finally play Outer Wilds on PS5. I tried it on PS5/XSS and just couldn't keep playing the game, the framerate just felt incredible awkward for some reason.

I feel like Sony will only put "high-budget looking" indies into the service like Stray. It's early and I hope they prove me wrong though, as I'd like some of those titles as well. Have GP either way so no biggie to me, but a splattering of different smaller indies across both services would benefit me.

How many "coming to PS Plus at launch" we will see at this stream?

My bet is 0.
I'm still convinced Sony either hasn't worked out that marketing aspect yet, or don't want to make it that front and center yet for whatever reason.

Even after Stray dropped and they were pushing it on Twitter, never once was it mentioned as a PS+ Extra and up release in their tweets. You'd naturally think they'd want to blast that out.

EDIT: To correct myself, PS Australia twitter did such a thing. The main PS account didn't. 🤷

Sony wants to make announcements on their own term, so expecting announcements in Annapurna Interactive showcase was always weird.
It"s still early days, so we don't know if their focus will be bigger-scale AA/indies, but I personally doubt it.

Maybe Sony wants to keep stuff as a surprise or are still securing the deals 🤷 Stray was a massive success so I doubt that was one off on Extra.

Good point, they like associating games with their brand through marketing.

I was really hoping we'd see The Pathless come to PS+. Kinda thought it would, one day I'll check it out.

I just want Sifu and Stranger of Paradise on Extra and then everything else will be a bonus.

Sony probably wants PS MOBILE to eventually be so integrated to PS and PS SUB MODELS that you can play your PS GAAS game on PS5 and then on PC and then move over and stream it or download (counts on the type of game) on mobile and play it best with supported PS mobile peripherals.

All the while being subbed to PS Plus and having your games being playable on PS, PC and MOBILE with smaller games that are Fantasian size or something (AA) also being downloadable on mobile via their expanded services. (Like Apple Arcade but part of PS PLUS).

All the while having CrossPlay, CrossSave and who knows with the service probably CrossBuy too.

Making the consumer integrated with PS on all three levels.

Therefore AA games will have three markets to tap into for PS. Same for indie titles and AAA flagships will be streamed and eventually ported once mobile hardware catches up.

This would explain Sony's graph and split for PS, PC and MOBILE which would likely grow even more for the years to come if they do indeed succeed.
