You must be fun at parties. There's a reason I specified Sword and Shield. If it bothers you that much just put the thread on ignore. All your little rants done is ensure I'll use the title again if make another fanart thread.

All three sort of threw me off in the reveal but I think it was more the fault of the CGI style. The designs are really cute in the official art and fan art.

The best thing about starter reveals are the fanarts all over the internet. Much better than reading whiners who goes "these starters suck" every gen but does nothing anyway.
