Pretty intresting as she was creative lead on Bleeding Edge a year ago
Probably yeah. He is overall head creative also still
Is a design director the same as a game director? I thought those were 2 different things.
Edit: NVM read it wrong! Loved the 1st game and looking forward to seeing more on the sequel.
Combat in DmC was Ace so this is exciting!.Combat director of DmC and lead for Bleeding Edge, hopefully means more varied combat in Senua's Saga.
How do you know its more combat oriented?Awesome news. Hellblade 2 is shaping up to be far more combat heavy and her experience there speaks for itself.
I suspect she will co-direct with Tameem then?
Based on the progression of the combat over the first game and what that represented for Senua, no?
I know some didnt like the OG version where some enemies were color coded and only certain weapons could be used against them but I thought DmC combat was great from day one.
Melina has been doing training with professional fight choreographers and swordsmen.
If it released at 60fps on the 360/ps3 it would have gotten a lot more love.I know some didnt like the OG version where some enemies were color coded and only certain weapons could be used against them but I thought DmC combat was great from day one.
Makes sense, hopefully there's still plenty of puzzles as I really enjoyed those.Based on the progression of the combat over the first game and what that represented for Senua, no?
A lot of the core combat foundations were guided by Itsuno and select members from Capcom JPN.
Still hope we ever get a Daemon SP spin off.Say what you will about Bleeding Edge, but Rahni knows combat!
Imagining a JSRF wacky worldOh yes that would be amazing! Love Daemon both design and combat style.
