I hope you're past story mission 12, i'm prone to motion sickness which typically affects me in first person games and it has to be really bad to hit me in a third person game. On mission 12 i felt so nauseous that i had to take 3 breaks until i finished it, the last one being a good night's sleep, leaving the game on standby. Could be just me though. That was by far the worst experience i've had with the game, otherwise there were just a bunch of mildly annoying missions (playing stealth mostly, without any mechanics to support it). Overall i enjoyed the game, although i kept cracking up at how anime the game went not once, but twice, in terms of "This isn't even my final (final) form!"
I can definitely see why the game got so many mixed reviews from users at launch, which was the reason that i hesitated at launch, despite liking the first game a lot. The good thing is GR2 is still charming as hell, love the art and music, the world is really imaginative and just flying around shifting gravity while collecting gems never gets old and is one of the best traversal mechanics in any game, imo. Mission desing still isn't anything to write home about and combat is still a bit clunky, though some of the new moves and improvements help. Overall i'm still very glad i played it and my niece who watched me play said it was a very nice game, so that's a plus.
