Being a hermit for most of the part. Deleted twitter, instagram and tumblr. Only kept FB to log in on my Spotify account lol

Even if you used facebook to do your initial signup for spotify, you have a non-facebook way of signing into Spotify - you know that, right?
When you got to your account management, you see your numerical spotify username. - that's also how you can share your account without sharing your FB credentials
