There are rules that can be set. When you click on an entry a pop up will mention exactly which rule is preventing you from participating. If that pop up doesn't come up screen shot it and forward the bug to the admins.
It has nothing to do with the rules, otherwise I wouldn't have half of the games of the same giveaway crossed out, and I shouldn't be locked out of those anyway.

for some reason when i try to enter your raffle there's a red line through the game name and i can't select it. has the code already been won and the timer at the bottom is showing incorrectly for me?

Like it says, can't enter if you've won in the last hour. Click on Giveaways and then Create, to see the various settings creators have. If you're on PC, putting the mouse over the little restriction icons on each giveaway says what they are.
Yea I am having an issue where I can't enter some giveaways (not due to restrictions, it has the popup but the checkbox/radio button is just disabled). On some giveaways its only specific games. Have this issue on both mobile and desktop.
I see lots of entries into this giveaway, but when I try to enter the check boxes don't work, so I can't select any games to enter for. I've tried on mobile chrome and desktop chrome (desktop is version 77.0.3865.90 ).
