They're all on Switch or PS4 these days. Vita is a non-factor in Japan now.
And there we have it. The Vita's busiest publisher right now are saying it's false. They will keep churning out easy platinum trophies till the end of time.Update: The indie game publisher Ratalaika Games has responded to Jack of All Controllers stating that on their end for both the North American and European fronts, they aren't seeing anything in terms of a cut-off date.
Yeah....we really shouldn't use the awful "jackofallcontrollers" site, made by the awful AlphaFoxWarfare, as a source for anything.
Maybe that's the secret. Sony should have made a Fisher price toy!If I didn't know better I'd think the Vita was the more recent product based off that pic. Something about the Switch lite design seems almost.....fisher-price looking?........in that side by side.

Tea, it will have budding 3rd party support and good games!
When you put them side to side, the Vita looks like the actual finished product while the Switch lite looks like the prototype you'd show to the team. The Switch lite is so dull-looking.
Well, someone's mad. People are talking about the looks, we all know what both consoles pack in terms of software and OS, you're in a gaming-oriented forum. Relax."Fisher Price" is like the epitome of lazy console war rhetoric. At the very least y'all need some new material.
Real talk: You can prefer Vita's aesthetic design and you don't have to pretend to be happy about Nintendo online offerings(or lack thereof) but if you're a fan of Vita's brand of "console games on the go" experience you're doing yourself a massive disservice thumbing your nose at the Switch(especially the Switch Lite).
From a hardware/performance standpoint the Switch is a generational leap over the Vita and boasts the two extra shoulder buttons Vita was missing(whilst de-emphasizing touch). From a software standpoint there's a massive overlap when you look at stuff like Musou, Atelier, Final Fantasy and God Eater on Switch now.
No, it's not quite Vita 2 but it's the closest thing you're going to get.(and is like 90% of the way there...)
Yeah, it's certainly no WiiU."Fisher Price" is like the epitome of lazy console war rhetoric. At the very least y'all need some new material.
You can tell just by looking at it.
Makes me wonder how much longer online support will continue. Damn I need a Freedom Wars port to a more relevant platform.
Well, we learned early that the Vita was dead.
I mean Nintendo was not shy about killing the Wii U either.Nintendo trying their hardest to act like the 3DS isn't 100% dead and Sony being determined to kill the Vita at all cost despite it quietly getting new releases relatively often to this day lol.
Let the poor thing live, Sony you cowards.
That's right. It actually has support and is something people want ;)
Cause Nintendo can't design things. Why are they so adverse to comfort? If I didn't know better I'd think the Vita was the more recent product based off that pic. Something about the Switch lite design seems almost.....fisher-price looking?........in that side by side.
SOA Fatal Bullet uses a few assets and some of the gameplay is similar. I wouldn't be surprised if it was originally a FW port.Genuinely surprised they never did a PS4 version(whether port or sequel), the game was a decent hit in Japan.
Vita is deceased. Overly-attached fan is trying to communicate with its spirit. Medium is like "Nah."
Devs just keep releasing more vita games. It had to end at some point. I'm surprised it lasted this long.
Yeah surprised they kept it up this long. I recently hacked my Vita which is usually a sign I'm done with a handheld. Did the same with my PSP in the end.
Nintendo got MH it was over then...

Can we stop linking this site? All they do is make clickbait articles with false information.
After well over 20 years of this we can say with absolute certainty that we most definitely can't.Can we stop it with the incessant "Your console is poopy!" "No YOURS is POOPIER" bullshit
But at least Nintendo tried with the WiiU.
Clearly they didn't feel the need to add flair to the switch lite, to make you think you're actually playing a high quality device. They could of thrown some lights, clear buttons to give you the impression you are playing some high quality, high budget device but what for? :)The Switch looks so basic in comparison, it's as if the top image is the prototype and bottom the finished product.
It's bigger therefore it won't even be very portable. The Vita already barely fits in normal sized pockets.
