That certainly doesn't helpRight or wrong I imagine it sucks to put hours and hours of work into something only to be called lazy pieces of shit by their fans.

I mean, have you considered that fans might not see it as their highest quality work? It certainly doesn't seem like their highest quality to meIt's hardly surprising when a team of creators produces it's highest quality work to date and the fan base says, "it's not enough" and "it's not good enough".
I imagine Town being panned also didn't help their morale. It must be hard to work for a studio whose is confined to one property and attempts to go outside that property don't tend to work out.
"The fanbase"
Honestly, if it's true, maybe the SwSh fiasco will finally be the kick in the pants they need to decide to start listening to the fanbase instead of ignoring them.
It's probably because they have one of the most spiteful "fanbases" in the industry. It probably fucking sucks to be called lazy online all day every day, especially for some inconsequential design decision that the majority of the workers probably had no say in choosing.
Pretty sure it's because a review copy leaked out two weeks ahead of release and not that.
How insensitive lol
I'm pretty sure they are devastated with the millions that the game will sell. Poor them.
Maybe fuck the fuck off?

Jesus these fucking takes.

As someone who works in software development fuck this take honestly
I'm pretty sure they are devastated with the millions that the game will sell. Poor them.
People don't have to purchase the game at launch, all that information was eventually going to come out even without the leaks. Why would this be the reason? I don't really understand it. The reactions were going to happen whether in a leak or when the game came out. Better for us that the information got out there before people spent $60.
Damn son
I'm pretty sure they are devastated with the millions that the game will sell. Poor them.
The next Pokemon game really needs to kick ass to win back lots of fans.
It is inconsequential, you get 400+ fucking Pokemon to catch
I am sure the employees (the ones that are implied to be lazy and unable to do a good job) will see those millions.
I'm pretty sure they are devastated with the millions that the game will sell. Poor them.
I don't think Nintendo wants to make Pokémon
There's no fiasco and they're constantly listening at the fanbase, wich reflects in the games. You're just being toxic, and part of the problemHonestly, if it's true, maybe the SwSh fiasco will finally be the kick in the pants they need to decide to start listening to the fanbase instead of ignoring them.
Have you considered that just because you don't care about certain pokemon not being in the game doesn't mean other people aren't allowed to care either? Maybe they don't care about the Pokemon that are still in the game when all of their favorites are gone

If eschewing old ideas/concepts at the gain of new elements that won't last into the next iteration is a problem for Pokéfans now it's only bound to get worse under Nintendo's in-house devs.
Yeah, fuck those guys because they will be reaping the rewards, being happy about your job, pfff imagine ever hearing such nonsense.
