Rumour: Gears 5 pushed back to next gen, splash damage spin off, Gears 2 remaster

This popped up youtube earlier in the week and seems to have gone unnoticed. so take it with a grain of salt. He doesn't say who his sources are. other than a "reputable" source.

Basically.

*Gears 5 has been delayed to Next Gen
*Gears 2 could be getting a remaster
*Splash Damage Gears game is a spin off with XCOM style gameplay.

This is new to me. I thought It was interesting. As for Gears 5, I'm fine with next gen and that they take their time with it. I loved Gears 4 to death. Gears 5 just needs to remove those damn robots and to add back Wingman and its perfect.
