The tweet says another "SART" (meaning Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed) isn't happening. Transformed was just the name of the second game. It could be Sonic All-Stars Racing with a different subtitle.

The entire point of Darling in the FranXX is that male-female pairs pilot giant robots with the most thinly-veiled sex metaphors ever.
A new Crash Team Racing must happen sooner or later. Sony (and Activision) can't be just sitting on their asses watching The N.Sane Trilogy and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe rake in money month after month, and do nothing.
