Now I'm stuck on chess, and it won't register the best move. Worked fine the last few times so it seems like a bug. It actually recognizes the move but I guess thinks it's not the best one. But it is the best one, as calculated by the best chess engine in existence, heh.

Unless I'm missing something, that's not always the case. Sometimes you just get totally non-descript view.
Rule 18 got me. Wasn't sure why some parts in my password got highlighted when they weren't even elements. Unless ut became an element I don't know about. Only element I could find with ut was a fake element, but I don't think they would really use that.
Been messing around with this for a while. Genuinely learned algebraic chess notation by playing this.

I got very stonewalled on 16. Tried five different setups (which is a pain because you have to redo stuff like the geoguessr bit) bu I could never get the valid, correct move. :(
This one got me too. The answer is:
use a lower case "c" - I'm actually annoyed how long it took me to solve this!

I got to 24 and haven't managed to be able to get 25 in time before eventually I nuke 24 for waiting too much or putting too much lol. I think I'll leave it at that, seems kind of insane if I have to keep tabs of 24 for the rest of the game lol.
Edit: Ahh, I didn't see the trick for 24... maybe I give it another go later.
Are you able to share the word that got you the furthest? I would like to see all of the different rules displayed but I am not smart enough to get past rule 14.

I got wrecked during 24. Finding one would've been okay, but I did too much copy/pasting for 23 thinking it'd buy me a lot of time, but instead it put me into a fail state. RIP Paul.
If the move causes check, it should be Qe7+, and if it's checkmate, Qe7#.

Got to the Youtube video one. Keep running into the problem that the URL has a roman numeral in it, and finding another of the exact length is too bothersome. But for the people wanting to go further, these timer Youtube channels are a great asset.
For me it was atomic number, not mass.
You need numbers in the password that add up to 25
Example. 4678
4+6+7+8 =25

You can re-roll the captcha to something with smaller/less numbers in them. It is possible to get a completely impossible set of rules to finish though so do be aware of that.
tbh, I gave up figuring out 16. First I tried every square, and some were invalid but others weren't. Then I tried stuff like Re8 but that was invalid.I jsut don't understand the notations. =(
Messed with this last night and got all the way to Rule 24 but stopped because finding a video with such a specific length felt like such a time sink after a brief attempt. Definitely a funny little thing for what it's worth.
