I wonder if they'll de-age her, or make her older via CGI, or just recast Brie? I don't know a lot about Cap Marvel's abilities but that's going to be almost 20~ years difference between Captain Marvel and Avengers 5.
Edit: Oh yeah haven't thought about a Captain America First Avenger scenario, they could just freeze her off.

He wavered for a while in the late 2000s. But dude's career is picking up lately. He's great in Young Pope and playing young Dumbledore

Getting her out is the plot of the sequel, at the end of the movie Scott tells Hank about escaping the microverse and it lights a fire under his ass

But he had a younger appearance when he went intergalactice oat-sowing.
That's not that huge of a difference, also I thought he was older for some reason.
This is presumably set in Earth and space in a time period where everyone in the MCU is still alive. ANYONE could cameo in this.
