yes, you can set a default global filter profile for all YT streams, or for just the channel you're on

No, it has to do with the number of viewers in relation to how fast they tune in. I guess Youtube perceives them as "bots" (even though they're actual viewers) because of how many Gura is getting.
Weird. She didn't even make it to 30k before getting shadowbanned, YouTube is weird sometimes.
