Why do people think it’s cool to spit on the street?

Man, some people are a little too germophobic. Really? Your grossed out by people spitting on the street? I hope you wear gloves every time you touch something. Its funny, I find the people that are most germophobic get sick the most, probably because their immune system is completely weak.

It's not cool. Don't know if it's a cultural thing, but atleast here it seems to be phase for teenage kids and most grow out of the habit.

This. I'm in the who cares camp.

I am a spitter. It's a habit I got from family, and I do it while outside. I'm not proud of it, but it's no big deal.

It's not like I spit on people or in front of people

You know what else is gross? Having mucus overproduction whether it be from allergies or digestion or sinus issues.. It's the street dude, you aren't going to be eating off of it. Other animals piss and shit and die in the streets. Give me a break.

It makes me want to vomit but I can't think of an actually good reason to say people shouldn't. Though the idea that you just can't live without spitting is baffling to me
